When are you truly ready to go all the way and put everything on the line? To make a move when you’re holding only two cards that determine the flow of the game, while the rest are still face‑down?

Preparation is half the job — we’ve known that forever. The predisposition to take a step forward, to be ready, was never something you could skip. When you’re in — you’re in. Sometimes you have to play even with bad cards. Waiting for the right moment to achieve or create something is hard to plan, because so many factors can ruin your plan.

That’s why you sometimes adapt. You plan it all out, but the game and its dynamics complicate everything. Great conditions, great energy, everything perfect… but it’s not the right time. And unfortunately — you fold.

Poker! Oh yes. A game where you must be an actor, a player, a tactician — everything at once. And the luck factor… that’s what needs to push you at least a little, because everything we listed before sometimes doesn’t matter. As they say — better to be born lucky.

Without luck — there’s nothing! That’s how life works. Training self‑control in real‑life situations requires a lot of skill and a good feeling for the moment. You have to sense when to go for it, when to give everything.

Adrenaline can be a nasty thing… it carries you away, you’re sure of your move… and then — a soft crash landing.
Everything falls apart.
Suddenly sadness appears, disappointment… you realize it wasn’t the right card.

You’re angry at yourself and at everything… but why? When you look at it — it’s just a game. Right?

You’re supposed to enjoy yourself. Sometimes you lose, and it’s not the end of the world. The real problem is only if you lose yourself because of it. It’s not even a problem if you fall — the problem is if you don’t get back up.

And to be good in such a game — let’s say solid — you sometimes need to know when to let go, or simply fold. Having a “bad trip” now and then is nothing unusual; it happens to everyone. Riding through it and pulling out something good — that’s courage, wisdom, skill.

The reward is the experience you gain. And in the end, when you’re all‑in, you’ll know who’s truly with you. So go bravely to the end… maybe, at the end of the story, the cards in your hand will be the ones that win it all. You never know! 😘😎
