Being an architect — in every sense of the word — is a serious undertaking that lasts for years.
An architect of your own life, where every moment and every move matters, and each one determines the direction you’re heading.
Once upon a time it was different… and now it’s just something we remember.
Today, our eating habits have changed drastically. Everything has to be instant, right here and right now, because everything is available. There are as many bakeries as betting shops, and real home‑cooked meals have been replaced by fast‑food producers. A lunch you plan to cook every day has to be carefully thought out because of the high prices of groceries and energy — and I won’t even start on shift work… You really have to be a little architect and plan everything so you always have something ready, something you can quickly finish when you finally manage to get home.

It’s not just that people “don’t have time”… The real issue is organization and discipline.
And does it even matter to you whether you have a cooked meal every day? Of course, if you have the money, you’ll eat out and that’s the end of the story. The kitchen stays clean, you gain free time for something else — and I fully support that too. It’s not like people who can afford to eat out and enjoy good food are any less organized or whatever…
But still!
Seriously?
Being a little architect in the kitchen — inventing, recycling food — can be a fun and creative way of expressing yourself. You might easily discover how resourceful and imaginative you are, and sometimes it’s the simplest way to reach the hearts of the people you love. They will recognize your effort, and you’ll use everything you have — and most importantly, you won’t throw anything away.

We all get carried away in the store and buy what we need… and what we don’t. That’s why the saying exists: “A smart person writes it down, a foolish one tries to remember.” A shopping list is the best solution. And if you decide to add something extra — fine. It’s cheap, you take it, and later figure out what to cook with it.
Who cares?
The way to make your kitchen life easier is simple — you have to know how to recycle food. From something someone else would throw away, I could always cook something!
So why buy and buy without a plan of what and when you’ll cook?
It doesn’t have to be professional or fancy. Cook what you like, the way you like it — that’s already a big step.
Designer, visually appealing food is tempting today, and it’s true that we always eat with our eyes first, then smell, then taste. But a lot of today’s food only has that first part — the look. And that’s the whole point: they take your money, and you’re not even that happy.
hat’s why cooking for your loved ones carries a special warmth. It’s love you can give. Because, as they’ve always said — love goes through the stomach. And share that love, no matter how skilled you are in the kitchen. The person next to you will appreciate it ❤️

So let’s be the architects of our own lives, and let love continue to travel through the stomach.
Peace.😘 ✌
